Lo que comenta el propietario

En la finca en la que se localizan los Apartamentos Las Nieves existió tiempo atras un caserón de gran renombre y señorío, acompañado de una capilla que posteriormente fue cedida a la Iglesia, la capilla de Las Nieves. 

En un principio solo existía la torreta principal, que mas tarde fue modernizada pero se conserva aún su aspecto original. 

El nuevo propietario construyó lo que es ahora recepción además de varios nuevos bloques de apartamentos, así como todo el conjunto de instalaciones deportivas, aparcamiento... que conforman lo que es en la actualidad el complejo turístico de Apartamentos Las Nieves.

Lugares de interés

• PICOS DE EUROPA  (a 30 km)
  Desde Apartamentos Turisticos Rurales Las Nieves,podemos acceder facilmente a Picos de Europa. Por una parte tenemos Covadonga y Los Lagos a unos 40 km, unos 35 minutos en coche y por otro lado esta el concejo de Cabrales a unos 30 km. Aqui esta el famoso Naranjo de Bulnes con su particular belleza ademas de su expectacular funicular.
• CANGAS DE ONIS  (a 35 km)
  Con su famoso puente Romano.

¿Cómo llegar?

Dirección: Poó de Llanes, s/n - 33509  Poo,  Llanes (Asturias,  Asturias)

Para poder acceder a los apartamentos Las Nieves tenemos dos opciones dependiendo de donde vengamos.
Si venimos de dirección  Oviedo, tendremos que desviarnos con dirección Llanes por la carretera 
AS-263, pasar el pueblo de Poó de Llanes y a unos 300 metros encontraremos la primer rotonda de la circunvalación de Llanes, en la cual debemos girar y tomar la segunda salida.
Esta nos lleva a un puente que cruza por encima de la carretera en que circulavamos y una vez cruzado
el mismo, encontraremos una segunda rotonda.  En esta tomaremos la primera salida que es un caminito asfaltado de unos 300 mentros que nos llevara al porton principal de " Finca las Nieves " y
por lo tanto a los apartamentos.

Si venimos de dirección Santander, nos desviaremos dirección Llanes en el llamado cruce de La Arquera ( Llanes 2 km ), y llaegaremos tambien a una primera rotonda en la cual debermos tomar la tercera salida.  
A unos 400 metros encontraremos una segunda rotonda la cual giraremos y tomaremos la segunda salida dirección Oviedo y a 1km mas o menos encontraremos la tercer y ultima rotonda en la cula debemos tomar la tercer salida que es la que nos llevara, despues de unos 300 metros a los  " Apartamentos las Nieves ".

 Within the walled grounds of 4.2 hectares are to be found 13 apartments of various sizes (for 2 to 8 persons), a swimming pool, a tennis court, a grass football pitch, a children’s play area, an horreo - a traditional Asturian grain store - as well private parking. All this is less than 5 minutes from the small town of Llanes (1.5 km) and from the nearest beach (Poo de Llanes).

On the grounds on which the Rural Tourist Apartments "Las Nieves" are now to be found, there was once a well known mansion house and a small chapel in honour of the Virgin of Las Nieves. The apartments take their name from this chapel which was later handed over to the village of Poo and where each year on the 5th of August, there is a solemn mass and religious procession followed by a traditional fête in an adjoining field organized by the Poo village Parish.
 Originally, there was only the main tower, which was later renovated but with the original façade maintained.
 The new owner built what is now the reception area as well as several new Asturian style apartment blocks along with all the recreational installations, car park etc ... which make up the current tourist complex

The Rural Tourist Apartments "Las Nieves" are located next to the village known as Poo de LLanes.
 The town of Llanes, situated in the east of the Principality of Asturias, is today one of the most important tourist centres in the north of Spain.

At Las Nieves we have different types of apartment with different occupancies:
 There are five apartments for 2 to 4 people, with a double bedroom, living/dining room including a sofa-bed and a bathroom.
Two apartments for 3 to 5 people, with one double bedroom, one single bedroom, living/dining room including a sofa-bed and a bathroom.
Six apartments for 4 to 6 people, with two double bedrooms, living/dining room including a sofa-bed and a bathroom.
One apartment for 6 to 8 people, with three double bedrooms, living/dining room including a sofa-bed and two bathrooms.
 All the apartments are equipped with hot water, heating, colour TV, music system and WIFI.
 Each apartment also has its own fully-equipped kitchen including crockery, cutlery, microwave, etc....
 The Las Nieves Apartments are situated only 1.5km from the sea. Warm and well furnished they are ideal to afford a comfortable stay. 

Situated on the side of the Cuera Mountain Range, the Rural Tourist Apartments  " Las Nieves ", enjoy an unbeatable situation between the sea and the mountains.    
264 km2 of natural paradise show off their breathtaking beauty in Llanes, the municipality with the longest coastline in Asturias.
