My girlfriend and I stayed a weekend before christmas 2007 and found the hotel, the hosts , the town and the scenery perfect. If you want a break from the city this is it!! a fantastic rural house with splendid views of the mountanins, peace that money can't buy and friendly hosts offering advice on things to do and lovely home made breakfasts. This area of extremadura is a real surprise with landscapes of moutnains, valleys with lovely rivers and small historic villages to explore as you more along the winding roads. Well worth a trip if you live in Madrid or visiting central Spain Steve, Inverell , Australia
