Casa Carmela is the pride & joy of Carmela who is a stunning cook and Pepe who does a great job of keeping the guests happily occupied and providing front of house in the fullest sense of the word. The breakfast and dinner exceeded all our expectations, with dinner being a real surprise for each of the 3 evenings we stayed. For example dishes such as wild mushrooms with prawns, asparagus with ham, atun a la plancha with garlic from the garden, bacalao al horno con pasas etc etc all looked, tasted and smelt wonderfully! We just had to leave enough room for breakfast. Coffee and home made liquers finished the meals off perfectly. Casa Carmela offers comfortable air-conditioned rooms in a small block in the garden along witha small swimming pool and play area for children. A dining and breakfast areas is in the main house along with 3 rooms to relax in up on the mezzanine……. There is plenty of room to relax indoors or out in the garden. Finding the place can be tricky unless you use the coordinates they provide on the website in your GPS. Pepe can then keep you occupied with the many hikes in the area or direct you to plenty of many interesting trips in the car. Thanks to Carmela & Pepe our three day stay in pretty damp weather was a great success and we would recommend spending a few days with them to anyone!
